Baeley Recchia

Baeley joined Blue Wealth Property as a Project Coordinator in January 2026, working across development coordination, research and the market analysis that sits behind the deals. He’s doing it while finishing a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) at Adelaide University, graduating in 2027, on the theory that sleep is a luxury he can catch up on later.

What he likes most is the analytical end of things: pulling apart a development or a market until the numbers stop hiding and start telling a clear story.

Away from the desk, Baeley follows global markets closely, mainly so he has something to be wrong about with confidence. The same goes for the NFL, where he backs the New England Patriots, a team that has taught him plenty about life since Tom Brady left, mostly about managing expectations.
